I am honored to welcome you at the 27th Annual Meeting of ESMAC in Prague. The city in the heart of Europe with a history dating back to the 9th century with a unique panorama of Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle complex in the world. The metropolis with one of the oldest universities in the world was the former seat of the emperors of the Holy Roman Empire. It will now host a community of scientists, engineers, technicians, physiotherapists, orthopaedic surgeons and many others, who are interested in human motion analysis at a multidisciplinary conference.
The whole 6-day programme will take place at the Prague Congress Center, a few minutes from the Old Town center, with good public transport accessibility.
During the Pre-Conference programme (24-26 September 2018), you will be able to attend the three-day Gait Course, which will give participants a unique opportunity to break into principles of Gait analysis with an emphasis on clinical interpretation.

During the Main Conference (27-29 September 2018). You can look forward to lectures by invited speakers and many other oral presentations and poster sessions, that cover the entire spectrum of motion analysis.
Finally, an interesting social programme will be prepared, including a Welcome reception, Gala dinner, Charity run and Guided tour around Prague castle that will take you to the metropolis center and help to establish new contacts and bring together young researchers and experts in the field.
